Club Overview

The club was formed in 1986 with the merger of Grassmere and Bushfield Football clubs. The Merged club was known as Northern Districts and competed in the WDFNL until it transferred to the Hampden league (HFNL) in 1997 becoming the North Warrnambool Eagles. We made our first finals series in 2011 making an Elimination Final followed by 2 Preliminary Finals in 2012 and 2013.

We are a very proud club and have endured some tough times to now reach a sustainable competitiveness and we are confident we have a promising future ahead.

Our A Grade Netball side won their first premiership in 2013 coming from 5th at the end of the season proper to clinch the title from the ultra successful Koroit Saints.

We have had a lot of success in our Netball ranks with many premierships and league best and fairest winners across the board.

We have a strong junior structure with Football and Netball, our Sunday competition is very well managed and is always looking for kids to play. Its a great family atmosphere and we pride ourselves on this.
